Your biomarkers and your wearable, finally working together.
A UK doctor reads your blood results and writes your plan. Your AI coach uses your wearable data every day to help you stick to it, and your doctor decides when to retest.
Blood panels are analysed by UKAS-accredited partner laboratories.
Your blood panel shows where you are. Your wearable shows what you do each day. Kaizin puts the two together, around one plan from your doctor.
- 1
Get your blood panel.
ApoB, Lp(a) and more from a finger-prick kit at home, or a clinic blood draw that adds fasting insulin and homocysteine. Core early access starts with a finger-prick kit at home. UKAS-accredited partner laboratories analyse every sample.
- 2
Your doctor writes the plan.
A UK doctor reviews your results, writes your recommendations and sets a retest date for each marker that was out of range.
- 3
Keep it going between tests.
Kaizin's AI coach works from your doctor's plan, your Apple Watch or Oura Ring data and your day tags, and helps you keep the changes going.
- 4
Retest when the change should show.
On the date your doctor set, we retest the markers that were out of range. Your doctor reviews the new results and updates your plan.
Works with what you already wear.
Kaizin reads from the tracker you already have, so there is no new device to buy. Apple Watch and Oura Ring connect directly. Garmin, Whoop and others that write to Apple Health work too.
Heart, sleep and steps
Resting heart rate, HRV, sleep with stages, and steps.
Overnight readings
Overnight HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages and steps.
What changed the next day
Tag alcohol, late meals or hard training and see how the next day's readings compare.
Short guided sessions
Including calm breathing and the physiological sigh.
Why Kaizin is different
Your doctor sets the plan and the retest date.
- A doctor reviews every panelA GMC-registered UK doctor reads your results and writes your plan.
- Retests on your doctor's timingMarkers change at different speeds, so your doctor sets the retest date for each one that was out of range.
- A coach between testsThe AI coach works from your doctor's plan and compares your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate with your own last 30 days.
- No invented resultsIf we can't read a value with confidence, we leave it out.
- Your data stays yoursIt is stored in London and never used for advertising. The doctor sees your blood results. Your wearable data is not sent to them.
Clinical review
Every panel is read by a real doctor.
Every panel is reviewed by a GMC-registered UK doctor, who writes the plan you work from and sets your retest dates. The written review is general guidance. Ultimate also includes two video consultations with a GP. If a result needs a conversation, we say so and point you to a booking.

Common questions
What is Kaizin?
Kaizin gives you a biomarker panel, a doctor's plan and an AI coach to help you keep to it. A UK doctor reviews your results, writes your plan and sets a retest date for each marker that was out of range. Until then, the coach works from that plan and your wearable data to help you keep the changes going. Then we retest those markers, and your doctor updates your plan.
When is my retest?
When your doctor expects the change to show. Markers change at different speeds, so your doctor sets a date for each one that was out of range, usually somewhere between 6 and 16 weeks after your panel. We retest those markers rather than the whole panel.
Does the AI interpret my blood results?
No. A doctor reads your results and writes your plan. The AI coach only sees a panel after that review, and it works from the doctor's plan and your daily readings to help you stick to it. It does not diagnose, and it does not give its own reading of your results.
Which biomarkers does Kaizin look at?
Every marker on your panel, each shown against the laboratory's own range. For longevity and metabolic health, the most useful include ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, HbA1c, cholesterol and hs-CRP.
Who reviews my results?
A GMC-registered UK doctor reviews every panel and writes your plan. Clinical review is led by Dr Tosin Taiwo, a GP practising in the UK. The doctor sees your blood results and your profile. Your wearable data goes to the AI coach and is not sent to the doctor. The written review is general guidance. Ultimate also includes two video consultations with a GP. If something needs a conversation, we tell you and point you to a booking.
Which wearables work with Kaizin?
Apple Health and Oura. Many other trackers, including Garmin and Whoop, share steps, sleep and heart rate with Apple Health, so Kaizin can read those too.
Do I need to visit a clinic?
Not for Core. Your test is a finger-prick kit you use at home. Core Plus is a blood draw at a clinic, and its panel adds homocysteine and fasting insulin. Ultimate adds two video consultations with a GP.
Does Kaizin replace my GP?
No. Kaizin is a wellness service. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for your GP. If you feel unwell, contact your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Where is my data kept, and who can see it?
Your results are stored in London. You and the doctor reviewing your panel can see them. We never use your data for advertising, and you can delete your account at any time. The privacy policy has the detail.
How much does it cost, and what can I get today?
Core is in early access. Founding testers get a price below the launch price, keep it for as long as they stay, and see it before they pay anything. Track, wearable coaching on its own, is £15 a month. Core Plus and Ultimate open later. Join the waitlist and we will email you when they do, with the price. Every plan can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
