Your blood results, your wearable and a doctor's plan

Where Kaizin is going

What works today, what we are building, and what comes next

Updated 1 November 2026. We publish a date when it is fixed, not before.

Kaizin joins up three things that normally live apart: a biomarker panel, the wearable you already own, and a doctor who writes the plan. This page says plainly which parts exist now and which are still plans, so you know what you are paying for.

What works today

  • Upload a recent blood test, NHS or private. Kaizin reads the values out of the PDF and shows each one against the laboratory's own range. If a value cannot be read with confidence, it is left out rather than guessed.
  • A GMC-registered UK doctor reviews the panel, writes what to change and sets a retest date for each marker that was out of range. Markers move at different speeds, so each gets its own date.
  • Oura connects directly. Sleep, resting heart rate and steps feed a daily check-in that helps you keep to the one change your doctor asked for.
  • Everything runs in your browser at kaizin.health/app, and you can add it to your home screen.

In build

  • iPhone and Android apps, so Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop and anything else that writes to Apple Health or Health Connect can connect.
  • Home finger-prick retest kits from a UKAS-accredited partner laboratory, posted on the date your doctor sets. The laboratory contract is being finalised. Founding members are told the live date as soon as it is fixed, and can take a full refund or a later date if it slips past their retest.
  • Clinic venous panels for Core Plus and Ultimate, which add the markers a finger prick cannot measure, homocysteine and fasting insulin among them. Prices are published once the laboratory pricing is agreed, not before.
  • Video consultations with a GP, two of them in Ultimate, so the plan can be talked through rather than only read.

Planned

Two weeks of glucose, twice a year

An over-the-counter glucose sensor worn for two weeks at your baseline and again around your retest. Sensors of this kind write their readings to Apple Health, so Kaizin can show how your meals, sleep and walks move your glucose through the day, next to the blood markers your doctor is working from. These sensors are consumer wellness devices, not medical devices. Kaizin will use the trace for coaching only. Your doctor reads your blood panel, not the sensor.

Meals in the same place

Photograph a meal and it is logged beside that day's glucose trace and wearable data, so "did the oats work?" has somewhere to look for an answer. Meal photos stay in your account and are not used to train anything.

More ways to connect

Direct connections for trackers that do not route through Apple Health, starting with the ones members ask for most.

What we will not do

  • Have software interpret your results. The doctor interprets. The coach works from the doctor's plan.
  • Invent a value. If it is not in your report, it is not in Kaizin.
  • Sell or share your data for advertising. The privacy policy lists every company that touches it and why.
  • Tell you a date we have not committed to.

Pricing, plainly

Track is £15 a month and on sale now. Core is in early access: founding testers get a price below the launch price, keep it for as long as they stay, and see it before they pay. Core Plus and Ultimate are not on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when they open, with the price. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
